Captain Anand Swarup Nayyar: Multipurpose Hall

It was always a dream to have a large indoor hall for all our students at Happy Days School. We needed a space for inter and intra school activities like debates, drama, meetings, and training sessions -a facility that serves multiple functions and accommodates various activities. During the rainy season, the need for indoor sports like badminton and table tennis was felt even more. This dream came true when Dr. Kanta Nayyar generously gave us a grant to build the hall in memory of her late husband, Captain Anand Swarup Nayyar.
Our Multipurpose Hall seats 600 people and hosts cultural programs, sports, exhibitions, and workshops. It also has rooms for art, music, robotics and a library. Dr. Nayyar inaugurated the hall in August 2024.The occasion was celebrated with beautiful dance performances.
