QUALITY CIRCLE FORUM

Happy Days School is an institutional member of Quality Circle Forum of India. Teachers and students attend regular training organized by Quality Circle Forum, Gwalior Chapter. Students do research and prepare a list of problems. The students involve parents, teachers, principal and school management to identify the problem. They follow different strategies like fish bone analysis and reach to the root cause of the problem. Facts and figures are collected to justify the problem with solutions. This circle enhances various skills of students like critical and creative thinking, problem solving skills, analysis and research etc. thus developing a healthy attitude to work for the society. They also prepare a case study on the basis of their research and present in the forum at different levels like state and national.
