ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Admission Rules and Regulations :-Registration processing charges & admission fee is non-transferable and non-refundable. After the candidate has been short listed for granting admission a Provisional Admission offer is given to the parent with a time limit of 1 week to fulfil the admission formalities. In case the parent fails to complete the formalities within the given time frame, the seat is offered to the next candidate from the waiting list.
Requirements & CriteriaA complete admission form would include the following enclosures:
- Two colored photographs of the child
- Photocopy of the Birth Certificate, duly attested
- Original copy of the Transfer Certificate of the last school attended, duly counter signed by the education authority of the Affiliated Board.
- Photocopy of the mark sheet of the last class attended
- Health Card
- Bank Passbook Copy
- Aadhar Card
- Samagra ID
Prospectus and Admission Form is available from the school reception during school hours on working days. It should be duly filled and deposited with the school, by the due date, else it will be cancelled.
Admissions to any class are governed by the prevailing rule that the child must attain the age of:- 3 years on entering Nursery
- 4 years on entering L.K.G
- 5 years on entering U.K.G
- There is no formal entrance test for Classes 1-5, admission is subject to the availability of seats.
Registration for Classes 6-9 opens in March. An Entrance Test is conducted to test the basic skills of a child in English, Hindi and Mathematics. Admission is subject to availability of seats and the results of the admission entrance test
Admission in class XI is given on the basis of following criteria:- Above 70% in Class X is eligible for Science stream.
- Above 60% in class X is eligible for Commerce and Humanities stream.
The School gives direct admission in Class X and XII only in genuine transfer case.
